Signature Stats


For those that want a bit more information than what is displayed on the official signature (and the signature generator I made) I created a page which forum users can refer to, or even link to in their signature. The page displays a bit more information on a player's performance in the current season, e.g. CSS for highest animal from each species, normalised species score etc.

CSS and normalised species scores are calculated using information from the wiki.

To see the information for your own profile:

Replace xxx with your in-game username.

If you want to create a link to this in your signature, copy and paste the following into your signature:

If only. Unfortunately I cannot pull any more data than what is available in the official signature, which of course limits what I can add in terms of reporting. I will add more though, and will also add a compare function, so you can compare two players, side by side. It will only be for that season, but it might still be interesting for some. Or maybe not

Agreed. I understand why Expansive Worlds opted not to release an API for third party developers, but they should instead give some love to the website. I realise the client and backend are more important as these determine whether people can play, but the website lacks many great features that would add, in my opinion, so much value, e.g. some reporting tools, the option to quickly view your rares and sort them by species, score, gender, variation and so on, a better way of communicating with your friends and scheduling multiplayer games, the ability to send messages from the website to your friends who are in-game, etc. There are so many cool features that could (and should at some point) be implemented.

It's a tough thing to allocate resource to though, especially when the vast majority of those things generate no direct revenue. Oh well. Maybe one day
