When we say these are "old game issues", it should have been fixed a long time ago. How frustrating it is to see these problems persist and stack up.
Two of the three things you listed were fixed, and have worked for a long time now. The Halloween event that they struggled to put out (and did so because most people wanted it despite them blatantly saying there are issues with the game) broke them again.
Tracks have disappeared for as long as I've played, so at least 8 years now. It generally only happened on specific maps and it wasn't particularly common to encounter. Clearly it's happening more frequently since the Halloween event. The game has gone through several different teams since I've joined and it has never been completely fixed. I don't take that as they've all sat back and twiddled their thumbs and laughed at people who lost trophies to disappearing tracks. I take that as it's a difficult if not impossible bug to fix in the current state of the game.
Also when I joined, the personal best feature didn't work at all. And it didn't for years. It was eventually fixed and has worked for several years now up until... the Halloween event.
The game management tab used to not exist. It was a wonderful tool when they released it but it didn't work for everyone at first either. I seem to recall some of the issues had to do with certain browsers. That eventually was fixed for everyone as well. It just broke a couple weeks ago during... the Halloween event.
While the devs haven't exactly given us a breakdown of the problems they've been facing, they have made it pretty clear since the cancellation of the summer fiesta that they have a new team working on the game, the game coding itself is held together with gum and toothpicks, and that they're having serious issues with the coding. They didn't want to disappoint folks with no fiesta, but the problem persisted for long enough that they didn't have a choice but to cancel. With Halloween being one of the biggest events of the year and having already disappointed fans once, they didn't want to miss it either. They delayed it and did the best they could, but clearly the release triggered a lot of issues-- new and old. That doesn't mean they've given up on the game or refuse to ever fix issues. They're clearly struggling, and even told us that, and then folks are still getting frustrated by their attempts to at least try to give us a good time.
Try to be positive. They've fixed two of those bugs before and one wasn't so much an issue as it is now. They'll likely do so again. But as with everything in this game, it likely won't be fast and there will be likely be different issues we encounter along the way.
At least, I think that pretty well describes the game I've played for years. If you all ever played a truly bug free game at any point... we must have been playing different games.
