Scarcity of animals in some reserves?

In the last few days (after the halloween event) I've been noticing some abnormalities in certain animal spawns. Coyotes, turkeys and wild boars are examples of this, finding few tracks and the few times I find the animal it sometimes ignores the caller. I'm from a large brazilian hunting community and some friends (experienced hunters) have also noticed this problem...
