Who could voice 'Doc'?

I hope 'General Chat' is the right place for this one but I have a question for everyone. Since 'Doc' has never actually spoken in game other than text in tutorials and angry letters, who could voice act him if he did have lines in the game?

Me personally, I'm debating between Sam Elliot or Paul Newman.

Any other ideas?
