Rated "Average".
I don't know what it is but this is my least liked Anschütz rifle. The performance of the .300 is burned into my brain. When I shoot another rifle and expect an animal to go down and it still runs, I put that rifle away pretty fast.

My first weapon of choice. I didn't used it lately, but from what i remember, if yor aiming is right, the animal drops on spot.

Great precision and quite fast reloading with little kickback. Which is needed because you often end up peppering your prey because you know they are unlikely to go down fast with one shot.
Good if you want a bit more of a challenge. Falls in same category for big game as 30-30 do for deer then

I have a weak spot for this rifle.
Made a video once showing what it's capable of when used with proper shot placement.
Voted good.

When i starting playing this game and seen it was a very good hunting game and decided to stick around this was the 1st rifle i bought right after i got my membership. I did pretty good with it. Till i got my hands on some of the more powerful rifles by that time i had my 250 kills with it and hung it up and have not brought it out since except for comps that require it. Not a bad rifle if you place your shots right but by far the weakest for big game out of the rifles available in game.

I'll be nice and say "poor". This was the first rifle I bought and it was a great relief when I got a different one. I do not like it as I don't find it powerful enough. I don't see myself using it seriously again.

Re: Rifles | .308 Anschütz 1780 D FL Bolt Action Rifle
I rated this rifle average.
For a .308 I was kind of disappointed how average it was.
It has the knockdown power.... but simply doesn't impress me for a caliber of this standard.
Until The rifles stop competing for which ones get the good features and which ones don't.
I would not buy this one in real life even though it has some features.
My Ideal gun would be a .300 Mag with all the features in this range.
