Finding a 160+ axis deer for Halloween event
I've got it all done... except this deer. It's so rare to find ANY axis deer during the event let alone a big male! Anyone have any tips? Seems like they spot me before I get close enough to see through the fog, I'm using scent eliminator spray, axis deer scent spray, and the caller.

Yep. They are pain in the ass. I used dog to track them, but they are very spooky.

I am using the dog (L50) as well as soon as it marks the spot, it already warns you. That is the point to call the deer in.
I wonder which cloth is better, Van Helsing or arid camo.
I switched yesterday back to arid which should be excellent for "all" outback animals, but so far I do not have a clear view on it.

My dog isn't high enough level to track deer.

Finally got it done and did it with a seriously large buck! (score was 205)
I found a handful of bucks wondering separately around 3403 10675. Basically, you sit around and listen for them, then sneak up on them VERY SLOWLY (preferably from above). Calling doesn't seem to work but the scent spray does, however they respond very slowly to the scent spray.
