Developers, please fix the bug with the 0.3s...0.6s wound times.

Today I hunted in TGT and again had two animals with deadly shots, that were no instant kills:

A double lung-shot wolf had 0.449s and a neck-, lung-, and intestine-shot ram (needed for the mission) 0.592s wound time. Both have to be instant kills.

To fulfill all TGT missions, you need to have 11 instant kills and it is really frustrating, if you made anything right and are not honored due to this bug. It is always a gamble.

If the bug is difficult to fix, why don't you just define any wound time below 1s to be 0s. Poor shots will create longer times and therefore would not be affected. This might be at least a (temporary) workaround.

In the real world it would be really rare to get an instant kill with an arrow. Arrows kill by bleeding and it takes time. You could take a spine shot and it would go down fast but maybe not die right away.

Guns kill by shock and can easily get an instant (DRT) kill. It looks like you could have got one with the 44 mag you used but being a handgun who knows how the devs figure out it's power.

The problem in Classic is it's too easy to get an instant kill and it's unrealistic.

I have no answer for you but I doubt the devs will see anything wrong. I'd like to see a response from them.

I agree with regard to real life hunting, but as long as requirements like this exist in missions there should be some reliable algorithm behind.

The fact, that I used crossbow and revolver this time is correct (due to the mission) but earlier I already reported the same problem for other weapons.

The wound time over harvest value is totally messed up. Here we have a 4 second Double lung wound time with a 100% trophy integrity. How does that work in comparison to the OPs experience.

If the requirement is for 100% Trophy integrity the wound time should be irrelevant to completing the mission. If some other value is require such as an instant kill then wound time does become an issue.
