mailbox 300% full issue

I deleted all the messages from all mail compartments and still got this message that is 300% full. What should I do ? is it a glitch or did I miss something here ? Thank you in advance

Just a glitch. Haven't been able to sort it out yet, but you can ignore it at this stage.

When this happened to me they had a hard time getting it fixed, and I wasn't able to send or receive any PMs while it was broken.

Mine says 300% too. So, I deleted every message received or sent and it still says 300% full.

Hey Pete!! I am sending this message at 4:50 pm MDT. I will check my box this evening to see if you replied. I will also copy this text to the forum so you know I sent it. Jimbo

Mine is like that for about 3-4 years. Don't know if the messages come through since I'm not that often on the forum, but I have a notification for 1 unread message in the inbox all this time. 0 messages in the inbox when opened.

I got the message at 4:52pm Jimbo. So, the 300% doesn't mean anything.

Oh I see. before getting to 300% , I remembered because i deleted some of them, it was rising normal (30-40-50% etc). Then I stopped noticing the matter and one day I wind up staring at 300%. If it works then , as one said, it's allright.
